This will involve a 1-day visit to your hotel to cover the following:

  • Base and mix of business, including current performance.
  • Effectiveness of systems and procedures in use, including spot-checks of Reservations correspondence vs. arrivals list and diary.
  • Management information produced or available to be used by the office to cover;
  • Past Performance,
  • Future business – chase system, forecasting and rate management,
  • Competitor information.
  • Market position including top 2 key competitors.
  • Overview of sales, marketing and distribution strategy.
Recommendations

The output will be a summary review and recommendations report.

Total Revenue Management Review

Review Visit and Report £1150 +VAT

This will involve a 2-day visit to your hotel to cover the following:

  • Meeting with Revenue or Reservations Manager and Conference Sales Manager, to carry out a team review and SWOT analyses of the revenue office and the current business.
  • Base and mix of business, including current performance.
  • Effectiveness of systems and procedures in use, including spot-checks of Reservations and Conference correspondence vs. arrivals list and diary.
  • Management information produced or available to be used by the office to cover;
  • Past Performance,
  • Future business – chase system, forecasting and rate management,
  • Competitor information.
  • Market position including top 2 key competitors for rooms, conference and if appropriate Spa
  • Overview of sales, marketing and distribution strategy.
Recommendations

The output will be a summary review and recommendations report.
